FlexWiki is an open source project. Which means that we would like to have the participation of a wide range of folks in the process of making the software better. Specifically, we'd like to have lots of people working on the code, adding features and fixing bugs.

In order to make a contribution to FlexWiki (i.e., to be able to checkin your changes), two things need to be true:

• you have signed and returned the AssignmentAgreement to Microsoft (Microsoft employees excepted)
• your code must have been developed meeting the DeveloperGuidelines

Assuming things are true:

• CoreDevelopers just checkin directly to CVS
• NewDevelopers follow the NewDeveloperCheckinProcess
