`NewsletterRootUrl`	1687	blank	Use this key to set the base URL that the newsletters will use to create links to pages in the wiki. It should be set to the full server name and virtual path of the directory that holds default.aspx. For example, if the URL to default.aspx in your wiki installation is "http://www.foo.com/wiki/default.aspx" then this key should be set to "http://www.foo.com/wiki/". Note that if this key is missing or blank, FlexWiki will attempt to guess the correct URL by looking at the URLs of incoming requests. However, because the same wiki can be accessed via different URLs, this key is sometimes the only way to ensure that correct URLs appear in newsletters.
