About Source Control

FlexWiki uses Subversion. See UnderstandingSubversion for more information about Subversion.

The following projects exist in the Source Control:

  1. FlexWikiEngine - contains the "engine" for FlexWiki. Any change to the engine requires that you run the NUnit UnitTests (see StandaloneTestingDetails).
  2. FlexWiki.Web.Service - contains the FlexWikiWebServices.
  3. FlexWiki.Web - contains the web project. This used to be WebRoot but it is now a real ASP.NET Web Project. 1. FlexWikiEditor - The WinForms editor that consumes the FlexWikiWebService.
  4. FlexWiki.UnitTests - The NUnit UnitTests for FlexWiki. If you select this as the startup project, it will launch the NUnit GUI so that you can run the tests (provided that NUnit is located in: C:\Program Files\NUnit V2.1\bin\nunit-gui.exe
  5. wikiadmin - No idea what this does.
  6. FlexWikiPad - a standalone GUI tool for creating wikis on your hard drive. It uses the same syntax as FlexWiki.
  7. FwSync - a synchronization tool for uploading and downloading wiki content to/from a FlexWiki website.
  8. FwDocGen - a tool for processing C# documentation comments into a set of wiki pages.
  9. Misc
    1. UnitTests.nunit - this is a ready to go NUnit project file for FlexWiki. Double click to run the UnitTests.
