ISSUE
In PPVPUB.xml or epgpub.xml, schedules for PPV stations were in the past or they had no schedules.
FIX
reimport ppvpub.xml with valid data (Make sure every PPV station included in any channel map has a valid schedule in the future)
DIAGNOSTICS
use validateglf.exe to find if ppvpub.xml has good data. (Make sure there are no warnings of the kind - Warning: There are no schedule entries for the channel ID: xxxx). Also, run ListingsDiagnostics and make sure no PPV Channel appears in the 'Stations with no Schedules' list.
