Becoming a CoreDeveloper is really just a matter of getting other CoreDevelopers comfortable with your work. Once that happens, you should send DavidOrnstein mail with your request. For now he's going to make the decisions about who can be a CoreDeveloper.
We'll make this a pretty easy process. Here are the thigns we look for:
You've successfully had two or more changes checked in by working with a CoreDeveloper
Inclusion of unit tests for all submitted code
You are fixing bugs as well as creating new features.
These are people who have experience with the FlexWiki code base and are trusted by the community to make sure that the changes they commit are safe and won't damage the integrity of the project
