Adds arithmetic methods to the IntegerType.

This first implementation provides member methods to the IntegerType to provide integer arithmetic functionality.

The IntegerType now supports static arithmetic methods and the parameter types have been changed to ObjectType, which allows strings to be passed as parameters.
