Summary
Tooltips not showing up where expected

Resolution

Change use of document.body.scrollTop and document.body.scrollLeft in JavaScript files to document.documentElement.scrollTop and document.documentElement.scrollLeft.

Problem

Make a longish page that scrolls off the screen vertically with topic links all along the page. If you hover over a topic link at the top of the page, and then scroll down to the middle of the page, the tool tips appear well above the link (approximately where you first hovered on a link at the top of the page.)

If you scroll on down the page, you'll see that every time you hover, the tooltips are higher and higher on the screen.

Happens in FF and IE.
