Summary

The GetTextForTopic expects an instance of the WireTypes.AbsoluteTopicName class as a parameter. Although this class includes a Version property, this was being ignored by the Web Service implementation resulting in the return of the latest version of the Topic every time. The implementation has now been modified to ensure that the version property is honoured, if supplied.
