a ChangePacket is a collection of source code changes to FlexWiki

When submitting a change for review, you have your choice of two formats:

  1. A ZIP file containing the files that you have changed. Please be sure to include the correct relative subdirectories, and don't include files that you haven't changed.
  2. A patch file generated by TortoiseCVS's "Make Patch" command.
