A message posted to the flexwiki-coredev FlexWikiMailingList should be adequate for making a request.

This shoud describe the changes that you have made and how to use any new features.
It should also provide a link to the relevant documentation on the wiki.

Close any relevant FeatureRequests or Bugs in the FeatureRequestTracker and the BugTracker.

Be sure to add a comment indicating the build number where the item was addressed.
