Answer

This is an old article that was lasted modified sometime in 2004. I have a site at OdsWiki that contains a great deal of WikiTalk code where I use Keyword properties to aggregate various list of articles. The proposal here is good but requires a great deal of effort from topic creators and is rarely followed. I find that just simple Keywords property with many of the attributes does as well as the code is optomized for searches within Keyword property. -- JohnDavidson
