The hyperlink blacklist is an list of links which are blacklisted. This is a recommended approach for reducing the problem of LinkSpam on publicly editable wikis. See http://wiki.chongqed.org//ContentBanning
FlexWiki will refuse to allow these links to be posted in a topic.
The list can be modified via the AdministrationTools
