Viewing flexwiki on Firefox

Flexwiki has some cross-browser compatibility issues, which may make it difficult to view/work with using firefox and other standards compliant browsers.

In particular the framed edit screen is rendered inconsistently, sometimes without an edit textbox at all! This is probably a css widths definition issue.
