.This bug was causing changes to not always appear after a page was changed. The cause was that the cache key used to identify the topic didn't have the version string in it, so the formatted HTML for two different versions of a topic would collide in the cache. Thanks to MikeLinnen for finding and fixing this in release 1461 (see ReleaseNotes).
