I don't know why, but using v 1.8.0.1696 (latest relase) if the version name contains an user name with spaces, they are replaces with + and the check for existence fails, redirecting the request to the wikiedit page. I patched by usng a Replace call in the MakePath(string root, LocalTopicName name) method of FileSystemStore (EngineSource project). Try selecting a version with my name (sergio pereira) on the left side version list for example.
It doesn't support topic names with dots in 'em? Do try typing MyCompany.MyNamespace.MyObject into the 'create new topic'-bar at the top of each page. It crashes?!
!!!!Could not insert the pictures of the Communityserver.org photos ???
When you load the website by IP address from another computer, the left part of the page (with the links Show Changes/Edit etc) shows the buttons 2 times behind each other, except the images of the buttons are broken and when you click on a button, it redirects to localhost. -- WouterCX
Workaround: Has to do with rights. I don't know what the cause was yet, but I changed the rights and it was solved. What I do know is that the rights should be like WouterCXRightsOnDirectory -- WouterCX
I had this same problem. It has to do with IUSR_* not having "read and execute" rights on the flexwiki folder.
404 error when you browse beyond the home page. Only happens when browsing from another computer.
I still have that problem, and all right are set... any other possible reason?
Bug in http://www.flexwiki.com/login.aspx (also in the download version): When you fill in your name / password, when you press "Logon", you will get an error page "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: assemblyString" -- WouterCX
When using HTTPS some of the site still uses HTTP links.
Any news on when this might be fixed? After moving our company wiki to https, all links still pointed to http addresses. -- LucasH
I doubt anyone is actively working on any of the bugs on this page. See the various notes at the top of the page.
Some valid email addresses like @@InterWiki("test", "test", "test")@@-test.com cause errors like so Failed to find InterWiki 'test'.-test.com . Escaping works but when using each.Author in left hand bar you can not escape it in wiki code.

ms-help doesn't create a link for example:regasm I suspect this might be a problem for other pluggable protocols.
How can I enter names like ASP.NET or Xtras.Net as wiki topics. When I surround with square brackets like this [ASP.NET] and [Xtras.Net], the square brackets show and there are no links. -- MikeSchinkel [7/3/2004]
External References: This relates to the problem above, because I'm not sure if I have the latest version which may have fixed the problem. When I set up external links, they look like this (-- ChrisJefferies):
A FlexWikiSite' target="ExternalLinks"
href="http://FlexWiki.com/default.aspx/WikiWiki">WikiWiki
is a web of related topics, each of which has a title
The HTML part (design part) of the pages wikiedit.aspx, ... are code-behind instead of the aspx page itself --> this makes it impossible to change the layout/design without recompiling. -- UrsMuff
Meta tags do not escape their content properly (try putting a tag in your summary) - HoopSomuah
Every once in a while I get a JAVASCRIPT runtime error when I press the Edit link -- MikeLinnen
