DavidOrnstein really recommends NewsGator -- it's got great Outlook integration. TommyWilliams seconds this recommendation.
DavidLaing recommends intraVnews -- it also has Outlook integration; but it is free for personal use. Now shareware @ $30 - still a good tool
ChrisAnderson recommends Syndirella, not great integration but it works.
MichaelWinser recommends nntprss. Great integration for reading, web browser interface for configuration. No xhtml:body support.
Korby Parnell recommends SharpReader one of the most popular .NET-based RSS aggregators.
