You should notice a hovering balloon that tells you a bit about the topic FlexWiki (a summary description and information about who changed the topic most recently and when).

Creating Topic Tips

Tips are created automatically for all topics. They will always show the identify and time of the latest change. The description for the topic will have a reasonable default, but you really should create a Summary WikiPageProperty by adding text like this to your topics:

        Summary: This is a short summary of what this topic is about
