Sometimes referred to as a WikiBase.
A WikiNamespace holds a collection of WikiTopics. In particular, it provides a name "scope" for all of the topics it contains. In other words, all topics are named uniquely within their WikiNamespace. You can have two topics with the same name only if they are in different namespaces.
For instance, your WikiFederation might hold the following topics:
Note that there are two topics called TopicOne - one in SomeNamespace and one in SomeOtherNamespace. There is no collision because the namespaces provide "scope".
All topics on a FlexWiki are organized into namespaces. For example, some namespaces might include:
Note that namespace names may include periods, but TopicNames may not. Therefore there is no confusion about Microsoft.Projects.Wiki.SomeProject: the topic name is SomeProject and the namespace name is Microsoft.Projects.Wiki.
