A WikiTopic is a single page of content with a name. For example, right now you are reading the topic with the name WikiTopic.
WikiTopics should almost always have names that are formed of squished-together words like "UserGuide". More specifically, names should be PascalCased. Read more about the rules around topic names on the TopicName page.
When a word inadvertently forms a WikiTopic that is called a FauxTopicName.
